January 24, 2026 — Alex Pretti killed by ICE agents

Alex Pretti was a nurse from Minneapolis. On January 24, 2026, while he attempted to help a woman assaulted by ICE agents to her feet, he was pushed to the ground and shot ten times by those same ICE agents. The Trump administration immediately accused him of being a terrorist and an assassin, while the ICE agents secured the area and prevented state law enforcement agencies from investigating the shooting. To date, no charges have been laid against any of the ICE agents responsible for the killing. Their protectors in government and the media have claimed they acted in self defence, but the entire incident was filmed, and what that film shows can more accurately be termed extrajudicial execution.
